Hi, When you have advance options disabled (when you install Window-eyes fresh) you only get a small number of features displayed in the Window-eyes control panel. If you enable advance options you have access to every feature in Window-eyes from within the control panel. For example default you have 7 items in the settings tree, when advance is on you have 13.

The show advanced options item is in the Window-Eyes help menu. With the WE control panel open, press Alt-H, V and that will check the menu item. As for your second question. In the Window-Eyes settings tree view in the keyboard> voice node, tab twice and that will put you on the voice combo box. Admittedly, I haven't played with these settings much, but I don't think there's a way to make WE speak only when a punctuation mark is typed.
