Hello, Please see instructions below. Yes, this is something in adobe Reader that you have to disable.
1. On the Edit menu, click Preferences. The Preferences window opens. 2. In the Categories list on the left, select Security (Enhanced). 3. In the Sandbox Protections area, clear the check box Enable Protected Mode at start up and every other checkbox. 4. Click OK.
