Hello, I believe the delay controls how long, after the cursor key is sent to the operating system/current program, Window-Eyes will wait before then trying to read the results.
I would leave it set to the default value unless you are experiencing a problem. If you are experiencing a problem with a specific program, I think you would need to create a .set file for that program, so that you could change the cursor key delay just for it. You would not want to change it globally.
