Hi: I have two issues regarding Window-eyes and my email client Windows Live Mail. When I receive new emails, I arrow up each message reading the subject, date and sender’s name. If I decide to read the email, I click on the message and it opens in another window. Here’s where the problem occurs. When I have read the email, I press alt-f4. However, sometimes, I am unable to close the window, and instead, I hear the Microsoft warning sound. The other issue I have is sometimes, when composing an email, Window-eyes does not read back to me anything I have written. I would arrow up and down and left and right, and don’t hear anything. If I backspace, I also wouldn’t hear anything. These problems only occur sometimes. I am able to navagate this email with no problems. Thanks for your help.
