Also, under General, Other, tab over to Speak tool tips, set to Global, and
Auto, turning this to Off will prevent chatter of the properties of files.
However, I think it's best to leave it alone, but it's your choice.

This kind of thing drives me nuts. I just closed and restarted WE, and 
the problem went away. Could someone tell me why this problem happens in 
the first place, and what I can do to prevent it?
