Hello again listers,
I am at present experiencing a problem that pops up intermittently when
trying to download a book from the Bookshare Web site with IE. Most of
the time, I can press the download button, and IE will make the ringing
sound, present me with the option to save normally, but once in a
while, the file doesn't actually download to my machine, but
nevertheless, shows up in my history. I have checked repeatedly the
download directory, plus doing a drive wide search, but the file cannot
be found. Any idea why this happens? Or better yet, does
this even happen to anybody else? I don't think I've ever experienced
this issue with Firefox, but since getting this new computer I have
chosen to primarily use IE. Any ideas?
