You have to press the key combination twice in a row to move focus to the desired field.

If so, it would be appreciated if you can let me know how you have managed to do it. When I try to read the name in the From field in Outlook for example, I use the mouse keys to get on that line and all I am able to accomplish is to read the line. I cannot get the mouse cursor to move character by character or to read an individual word which doesn't allow me to get it's spelling or international phonetics.
