Again any and all help is appreciated. Steps: Open outlook. >From the Inbox press control+N to begin a new message. Think of a name that is in the cache so when you type it in the To field, it will automatically be inserted. When you have a name that comes up, like Terry Smith for example, press the enter key. Now route the mouse pointer to cursor. Use the numeric keypad keys to read the name character by character. Also try to use the control+shift+numpad arrow keys to move a fixed number of pixals. If this works properly for you, let me know then I can see what, if anything, I need to do to fix this issue at my end. What currently happens for me is Window-Eyes only reads the name that was found, I cannot get it to read it character by character. Eventually I can press insert+up arrow to read the line and pressing it quickly I can get it to spell the entire line. I've had no luck to navigate by character or just get the spelling of one word.
