using the F8 method online.
Also note we have done 0 testing with Window-eyes 9.1 under Windows XP as it
is no longer supported.

I don't know about Don, but it works fine for me as well (but I'm not using
xp). Can you borrow or otherwise use another pc with a later version of
Windows to see if it works ok for you then?

The F8 copy function was very buggie prior to WE 9.1 but since its
release it has worked great for me. The only change I made was to
change the hot key from F8 to shift downarrow.
