I would guess that Skype is probably the most widely known. When my brother
in law was stationed in Germany, I used Skype with video and talked to my
sister on just about every day. The audio quality was very good and rarely
was there any video issues. I'm kind of a if it works don't fix it kind of
guy so I would be more inclined to stick with Skype until somebody could
convince me otherwise. Just my two cents worth and remember, it's worth
what you paid for it.
