Well, the fact that mouse keys don't work in Firefox is Mozilla's fault.
They don't work with Firefox using NVDA either.

Stop crashing and be more stable. Rather than adding on things, create a
product which works the way it is supposed to work. I can do things with
NVDA I simply cannot do with Window-eyes. Specifically, I can use NVDA on
websites where I cannot use Window-eyes.
Similarly, I can do things with Apple IOS and VoiceOver which simply don't
seem to work with Windows based screen readers. I have used Window-eyes
since Windows 95 came out in 1995. However, what I want a computer to do
is be useful.
Increasingly, I simply cannot stay loyal to Window-eyes when other screen
readers and other operating systems do tasks better and are stable.
What is with the speech going silent so much? I have to re-boot way way
too much!!
Also I have to use "screen redraw" more and more with each new version of
Window-eyes or I cannot use the arrow keys to read what I have written in
emails.
And please make the mouse simulation keys work. They worked in the
nineties with Windows 95, 2000 and XP. Now they don't work with FireFox at
all. What givbes?
Things get worse with Window-eyes over the years. I am so sorry to write
this.
Elizabeth
