Hi Chip: I have the Office 365 version of WE. The support I would require mostely revolves around what I consider WindowEyes buggs or at best soft spots but if they decide it is not a bug but how WindowEyes is designed to work I would have to pay for support even if I consider bad design and implementation a bug. That said I think that is a course of action I might take for the current bug of WindowEyes not working properly with Visual Studio and the code editor window and the error window. Again though, I have posted about this many, many times with no response from AI2 on list so don't expect much. The other problems of losing focus and phantom speech is likely due to the window eyes handles things behind the scenes and would require some changes to that design analytics so they are not likely to do much there without much pushback from the community and how many in the community can provide solid testing to indicate this is even a problem? I guess I could e-mail them and ask for them to fix Visual Studio, it worked in WE 8.4, and ask about if they will ReDesign the underlying use of the mouse so it is again just a manual tool for client reading and interaction but do you really think they will address either of these questions? They have not so much as commented on either of these questions on list and knowing Doug and Aaron from prior postings would have if they had any interest in resolving either of these situations. But, you have my respect and as a result I will contact them when I get a chance - today or later this week and post up their response. If it were anyone else I wouldn't waste my time but I know how much you have put into the community so I would be a ungrateful moocher if I didn't at least give it a try per your suggestion and so will. Later Pappy: Rick USA
