Hi Nick, Would you mind saying what browser, version, running under which Windows (32 or 64)?
I had the same problem that you did, but when I asked someone else to try this, he had no problems at all. I suspect he's using Win 8.1 64 bit, and I'm using Win7 32 bit (IE 11), so I'd like to see if you and I have something in common?
