Nick, The URL you gave below appears to be in Russian. I'm not sure if it is Russian but it certainly is not English. Window-Eyes is sending the text to your English synthesizer but it doesn't know how to speak it so it simply ignores it. So I do not consider this a Window-Eyes issue. If you are interested in supporting pages with this language you would need to get the appropriate synthesizer.
