Hi Rod: Sounds good. I just copied and pasted the zipped file onto the body of the e-mail message and it looks like that may have worked as well. I am waiting to hear from the recipiant to see if they get a valid attachment but it is there when I review the message. Rick USA

Otherwise, the second method is, in the edit window of the email, choose the Insert tab, tab once and then press the Attach file button and browse to the file using the standard Windows browse dialog.
