Maybe check the "URL" closely to ensure (hmm, is it insure?) that there isn't extraneous info.

Subject: clicking on urls

Hi Guys and gals,

It seems like it's happening most of the time where I click on a
link or url on a web page and nothing happens. I know I can copy and
paste, but that isn't always very easy to do. I know sometimes there
is a few letters or punctuation before the actual www. or http://
comes so I right arrow until I am in the actual address but it still
doesn't work It's the same in emails where there's an address given. .

Any ideas?
Thanks, it's really a problem.
