How right you are Karen ... I just released my own large work, the Remind Me Where app ... and I thought I had spent a lot of time doing beta with a good dedicated beta team. However, first thing out of the door, I hit two big obvious bugs, which only happen during installation. Oh well ... they're fixed now, and like Window-Eyes, anyone who gives up at the very first bug found gets what they deserve I guess.
