Hi Dave, I am putting this response to you on the list in case anyone knows any more: I wanted to ask if you are creating an index which lists all such email lists, or if you come across such an index list, please do let us know here.
I went looking for such an index within the last couple of months, and spent a lot of time investigating what I found, and unfortunately everything I found was very far out of date, and had not been maintained in a long time. I never did find a currently maintained list of blindness related or specific mailing lists.
