Hi Sue, For the future, you can just install from your 8.0 cd. After that install is complete, reboot then select help/check for updates and install 9.1 directly. No need to go from 8 to 9 then 9.1.

I recently had to reinstall everything since I made a mistake installing the mobile version and had to start from scratch had to go from 8.0 to 9.1, basically uninstalled window eyes from the programs and features and once that was done, I took the CD from 8.0 installed Window Eyes, then after that was all done, took the 9.0 CD, and choose to explore the files through windows explorer and hit enter on upgrade and it guided me through that no problem, then downloaded 9.1 and had to update the apps, took a lot of work but it is well worth it.
