Hello all,

This message is for those with loss of speech and crash issues. I was
having some of these issues prior to today. I've since had the RAM upgraded
in my netbook so I am now running 4 gb of RAM instead of 2 GB of RAaM.

If you are having crash and loss of speech issues, examine how much RAM you
have as an upgrade is likely in order if your machine can be upgraded. If
so, I highly recommend you consider doing it. I only paid $27 U.S. to do
it as we have a tech support plan with Geek Squad at Best Buy.

This machine runs much faster and I've not had any crash or loss of speech
issues since the upgrade was done this morning.

So if you ar having these issues, consider a RAM upgrade ifyour machine is
capable of being upgraded. You won't be sorry.
