Hi Neville: It could that the crashing problem which you speak of is, in fact, several different problems which happen to sever people on several computers. Therefore it would be hard for them to pin down. Based on the Readme for this version of Window-eyes and previous versions, Iit appears that theytry to fix crashes whenever they see them, but they can't test every possible system configuration. I know that this doesn't fix the problem, but maybe it provides some possible explanation of why your issues appear like they are being ignored. Kevin huber
