Also,  while still in your folder showing the list of messages where you see 
the invite, instead of opening the invite in Outlook you can right click it 
(use the applications key or shift-f10) and choose "accept" from the context 
menu; it has an accelerator key of "c", which I have to press twice to get to 
it in my Outlook 2010).

This doesn't give you a chance to see about conflicts or other warnings in the 
notification bar, but if you happen to know there aren't going to be any, it's 
the quickest way to accept an invite.

Hi Yusuf,

I haven’t done this using the WE Calendar, but you can simply accept it from 
the ‘Respond’ ribbon from the message tab when you open the meeting request.  
At least I think it’s the Message tab, it’s whatever one is highlighted when 
you press alt from within an open message.
