I am trying to keep track of situations and one that appears to be happening about half the time is launching URLs from the Qube. I press control+Windows Key+up or down arrow keys to read the tweets in my home buffer. When there is a link to call up a web page I will press control+Windows Key+B. Right now I have IE 11 set as my default browser. Roughly half the time the dialogue Window-Eyes has stopped working will pop up. This is after IE is launched. No error report is generated.
