Hi Hui, Regretfully, Ai Squared is unable to provide any support for Windows XP and this is the type of situation that can occur when using an unsupported operating system with a very old version of Window-Eyes. I am confident that if you were to use a modern operating system and a more up to date version of Window-Eyes the issues you are experiencing would be corrected. Regards, Marc
