It's probably like when they released a new MP3 downloader. For some
inexplicable reason the first time you run it you can see the tools you
can use but you can't use any of them. This is because they used an
image you have to click on to register. I only figured this out
eventually by looking at the screen with the KNFB reader on my iPhone,
and presto! there it was.
