Hello
I am trying to fix my Outlook problems. I have had trouble with it for some
time now and I have just dealt with it but now I want to be able to use the
EDIT feature in Outlook.
I had mentioned this on the list a couple of days ago.
I did try to install the required files to run Outlook Enhanced app but the
Dot Net frame work will not install. The other files gave no error messages.
I tried running it straight from the tool bar. I also have saved the
download and tried it that way and no luck.
The error message reads as follows.
Your installation will not occur. See below for reasons why.
Details
1. Microsoft .NET Framework 4 is already a part of this operating system.
You do not need to install
the .NET Framework 4 redistributable. More information .
2. Same or higher version of .NET Framework 4 has already been installed on
this computer.

This is a windows 8.1 machine with WE 9.1 and Outlook 2010

I was answered by another list member that this is a drop dead component and
must be installed. He had to contact Microsoft support and had GW on a
conference call to achieve the answer. He however was not able to recall
what had to be done to get it to work.

What do I do? It doesn't want to install and it causes WE to crash Outlook
when I unload it an d load NVDA which can edit the message.
I first have to exit Outlook, unload WE, load NVDA and reload OUTLOOK when
there is a message I wish to edit.
How can I get this to work?
Thanks
Shannon
