I remember Doug saying it does require a mirror driver when upgrading from Win 7. Could that be the problem? You could try re-installing Window-eyes 9.2 if you upgraded from Win 7.

Hi.

I was successfully able to install Windows 10. It's a bit slow on this PC,
but it's not too bad. However, I have encountered some problems with
Window-Eyes 9.2, and I'd like some help solving them.

First, when I opened Outlook 2013, Window-Eyes was very sluggish in
responding to keyboard commands. I'd hit the down arrow key to go to the
next message, and Window-Eyes wouldn't respond for two seconds.

Now for the more serious problem. I figured that rebooting the PC wouldn't
hurt, so I did. Window-Eyes loaded, but it gave the four descending tones
indicating a driver wasn't working. Rebooting the PC didn't fix this issue.
I understand that WE doesn't use the mirror driver with Windows 10, so I'm
not sure what's happening.

I'd like some help solving these two issues. I've been forced to use my
other screen reader to do my work. Anybody have ideas? AI Squared will be
getting a call from me tomorrow to solve this.

Thanks in advance for any help.
