Hi all. I just wanted to let everyone on the list know that with the help of one of the list members that I have resolved the issue with the control-shift-question mark key becoming undefined and redefined once again. Please keep in mind that Steven Clower told me that this particular hotkey becomes undefined from time to time for no particular reason. I recall that a list member mentioned that they heard the word question when pressing that particular hotkey rather than the help information for Outlook 2013 and earlier versions.
