Their seems to be a compatibility problem with I e 11 and WE9.2.
I did install all the factory set files, as suggested by a poster.
I tried using my a t and t uverse account on both windows 10 and windows
7 WE9.2 after some tabbing around the website seems to make WE9.2 gag.
Sometimes WE9.2 starts talking again, but sometimes not, in which case I
have to start all over.

Win Patrol, Roboform, Ninite updater, and Driver buster (which you need
sighted help because it is all graphic, but works great for updating

Running IE 11 on Win 7 or 8.1 or win 10 seems to have this same issue.
When going to any random web site I find myself not on the web page but
up in the header area of IE 11. Sometimes you can tab your way back
down to the actual web page and sometimes tabbing just circles you
around in the IE header.
Is there any way of preventing this? This issue has been around for
several WE versions with no improvement in WE 9.2.
Any help would be appreciated other than saying use another browser.
