Speaking of the insert key, I am probably the only person in the world
who hasn't been able to understand the uses of the insert key. I have
inadvertently turned it on and off so many time and tabbed through the
focus and activate links without understanding what to do. So are there
any knowledge based articles on this subject? I should also mention I
am using a Dvorak keyboard for the left hand and the Windows Sticky-keys
function to hold down the alt, shift and control keys.

ctrl-insert-t. When I say insert, I am referring to the one on the numpad.
I have been able to read the tip using the above command, but have not been
able to find a way to interact. For example, my cd burning program tells me
there is stuff in memory. But, I can not find a way to delete it on the
tip. Hope that makes sense.

Subject: Reading a tool tip
Hi all,
Can someone give me the window-eyes keystroke for reading a tool tip?
Thanks,
Wendy
