Hi Tom Forgive my ignorance of the double mouse to focus hot key performing a route to tool tip, but could you please tell me where this is documented?

The default is Insert-Numpad-Plus. If it can't be done it will say, "Unable to route mouse to tool tip." If it does work it will say, "Mouse routed to tool tip," or something similar. Then you can left click on it with the Single click left button hot key, Numpad-Slash. I give the names of these keys so if you're using the laptop layout you can simply look them up in the Window-Eyes control panel under Hot keys, Mouse.
