Hey, folks. You know how when you use the run dialog, Windows remembers the
name of the last program you entered? Chris Grabowsky had told the list that
WE can be started by pressing Windows-R then typing wineyes and hitting
enter. My crashes tend to occur in IE eleven and practically always stuns
Window-Eyes to silence and the WE hot key to restart is also disabled or
locked up in the tangle. I tried the WE startup using the run dialog one
time and it worked. It forced IE to close down as well, which is kind of
wierd, but I got speech back without going through too many conrortions.

I'd say the alternate method of using the run dialog is about 60 to 70%
effective. Enough to keep in mind for sure.

yes, sometimes I can use NVDA.  Sometimes I start NVDA when WE goes
silent.  

I would rather use WE, as it is a much fuller featured program, than
NVDA.
