The messages from the list may be going to your spam folder.
Check your spam folder.

By the way, I don't see anything wrong with anybody sending posts to
this list about this type of problem.  Others on the list may be able
to relate their experiences and how they were able to solve the
problem
I always understood that this list exists so that users can help each
other with technical issues relating to Window-eyes and, indeed, this
list.
So, while it may be helpful to contact Aisquared support directly, I'd
say anyone should feel free to post  a question on this list as you
just did.
