windows e will open the list of drives when focus is on the desktop.
if this pc icon is not on the desktop then
open the start screen and search for icons. then look for show or hide common
icons , i think this is what its called you can put this pc ,which is the same
as the computer icon back on the desktop.

Another way to find the drives is by hitting Windows key X and then
downarrow to disk management. That will list all available drives on
the computer.
