They are up to 1.79 now. I use it as I'm on windows 8.1. I don't know if
1.51 would work in windows 8.1 or not.

I agree CDex is easy to use, but I would also mention that version 1.51 
is the best.  There is a 1.7 which was a beta, but I don't believe they 
ever finished a full release of that version. It changed quite a bit 
from the original version and I found it to be slower and more 
cumbersome to set preferences.
