I agree with you about 1.51, because the later one didn't have all the choices, like the choice to rip to mono if you want. Pam.

I agree CDex is easy to use, but I would also mention that version 1.51
is the best.  There is a 1.7 which was a beta, but I don't believe they
ever finished a full release of that version. It changed quite a bit
from the original version and I found it to be slower and more
cumbersome to set preferences.

Ok, stereos cd player just died looks like i'm gonna have to put my cd
collection on my computer. In need of accessable cd  ripping program. Must
be able to get the track info from the cd. I have 100's of cd's to do so
this is important. Also, ripped music must be able to be done in at least
stereo quality sound.
