When I first installed Windows 10 I had a really bad problem with
sluggishness when using file explorer. Then a few weeks ago Doug at Ai
Squared recommended I install the latest Windows 10 preview using the
Windows Insider fast track program. It was build 547. Now as of this
week Microsoft released KB3093266 as a standard Windows 10 release.
Not wanting to deal with the Windows Insider program I removed the build
547 update got out of the Windows Insider program and with some down
load issues installed the KB3093266 update and as with the build 547 the
kb3093266 update resolved all the sluggish issues I was having.
At this point Windows 10 is working well and WE works well with it.
Still having issues with IE 11 but I would give Windows 10 and WE 9.2 a
big thumbs up.
