The folks at Audible gave me a list of things to try that will hopefully fix my issues. If not, I will be doing a phone consult with them. In case the consult is needed, I would like to have my settings changed to the best ones for Window Eyes and iTunes to get along and display the library the best way possible. If some might give me some tips on what to change from default to display music, videos, and books, those are the only types of media I have added so far and the only ones I plan on dealing with until my audiobook problem is fixed.
