Subject: narrator problem that I can't fix with window-eyes

Hello. I did my re-upgrade attempt to windows 10, and for the most part,
had no real trouble. However, while I had the use of narrator for a little
bit, during the installing features screen, I lost it some time after that,
and all hitting windows enter does, is make a click, and then the
window-eyes voice drops way low in volume, and the pc becomes very sluggish.
I see some window titled cursor track, something, and then I get an error
message with a close button, but, I can't read the dialog that is popped up.
Does anyone have an idea what might be going on, or can someone give me the
number to microsoft's disability line? I'd like to have narrator running in
those moments when I have need of it. Thanks much,

Scott
