Hi Nancy, You are probably suffering from the default view of Outlook being messed up. You can reset the default view of Outlook, as long as you are willing to lose any special view settings you may have configured. To do this, when in the main Outlook window where your inbox is displayed, press Alt-V to open the View tab, tab to Reset view, and press the spacebar.
I hope this helps, Rod -----Original Message----- From: Talk [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Nancy B. It doesn't read automatically and I can't even use the arrow keys. I've tried alt-tabbing around but that doesn't work. If I press CTRL-Shift-A, I hear browse mode not available. I can read the message using the numpad keys but that's a pain. I don't know if it' something in Outlook or a WE setting or what. I've looked through the GW Micro site for help but everything pertains to Outlook 2010 or 2013. Is there anywhere I can find either a set of instructions for making sure I've set Outlook 2007 up right or a tutorial for using it with WE? Thanks, Nancy _______________________________________________ Any views or opinions presented in this email are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of Ai Squared.
