To clarify, even though the resources I mentioned aren't specific to Outlook 2007, many of the concepts and tips still apply. Thanks, Marc

There is also a two part webinar that covers using Outlook 2013 with Window-Eyes. You can find download links for the webinar recordings, hot key quick references and study guide worksheets at www.gwmicro.com/webinars. Look for the headings and links that start with "Working with Outlook 2013 and Window-Eyes". Good luck! I get a refresh but it's disabled. When I open a message, I can tab through all the fields -- From, CC, Subject -- but when I go past subject to message it doesn't say anything. When the message first opens, it says either the subject and HTML or the subject and then something about text and clipboard list box. Turns out it may not be a WE thing because JAWS doesn't read automatically either. Could it have something to do with the fact that at the top of the screen (when I use the mouse numpad keys, the first thing I get is "Type a question for help?" If that's in the way, I don't know how to get rid of it. Thanks for any further thoughts. Nancy ----- Original Message ----- From: Rod Hutton <[email protected]> To: "'Nancy B.
