I did find the .ini file on my thumbb drive. It wasn't marked .ini,
that's why I couldn't find it. It was just called Eudora but it has
all the settings in it so I'm sure that's it. I put it in my
current Eudora but it still didn't work. All it did was to bring
back that message about certificates. Since I'm not getting
anywhere I thik I will uninstall this Eudora and see if I can run
it from my thumb drive like I could on my windows 7. If that
doesn't work I will be thinking that it might be in whe windows
10 somehow. If that doesn't I'll try one more clean install and
see if I can get it going. If that doesn't work I think I will
give it up and try another program or try to learn more about
Thunderbird and use it although I don't like it at this point. So
that's the latest in the saga of the email mess.

file. Then you can put that file into your system in place of your
