I think there are two sites but I'll focus on one site. I was about to
ask why WE seemed sluggish on a particular site,

WE is sluggish when I up and down arrow, and page up and down. What was
unusual was that it would be sluggish on the same lines every time I
arrowed to them. I am using WE-9.1 ,Windows-8.4 and IE-11. And here is
the crux of the issue. Before I began composing this e-mail, I decided
to go to the same website in Firefox and found it much easier to
navagate the site. I'm just curious as to why that is the case? I
don't generally have issues with IE but apparently with
northeastairchecks.com, I do.
