This problem may sound strange, however, I am not receiving any e-mail in my junk mail folder. It is not that I desire junk mail to fill any day, rather this situation makes it impossible to retrieve wanted e-mails that is not intended as junk mail, usually from first-time e-mail address senders.
Question: What steps can I take to get junk mail to come to my Outlook 2013 account junk mail folder? <grin><smile> Thanks in advance.
