Hi Veronica, Chris had said for you to press Alt-A when you're in the Window-Eyes control panel. This opens the Apps menu and highlights the first item, namely, App Management, which is a pull-down menu. At this point, up arrow will normally bring you to the bottom of the Apps menu, since menus normally wrap around to the bottom when you press up arrow when focusing the top-most menu item. However, sometimes the menu will get stuck or not track properly. In this case, you can always use down arrow to go all the way down the menu until you find the menu item you need. In this case, Window-Eyes Diagnostics is way at the bottom, and so pressing down arrow will eventually get you there. Here are the rest of Chris's instructions, which are still valid, however you get to the menu item: Arrow up to Window-eyes diagnostics and press enter. Down arrow to refresh accessibility libraries and press enter. Allow it to make the changes and reboot.
