Go to apps/app management/app status and set it to on. Sounds like it is off. Control-backslash, alt-a, enter, enter, down arrow to on and enter again. The apps will magically show up. .

This opens the Apps menu and highlights the first item, namely, App Management, which is a pull-down menu. At this point, up arrow will normally bring you to the bottom of the Apps menu, since menus normally wrap around to the bottom when you press up arrow when focusing the top-most menu item. However, sometimes the menu will get stuck or not track properly. In this case, you can always use down arrow to go all the way down the menu until you find the menu item you need. In this case, Window-Eyes Diagnostics is way at the bottom, and so pressing down arrow will eventually get you there. Here are the rest of Chris's instructions, which are still valid, however you get to the menu item: Arrow up to Window-eyes diagnostics and press enter. Down arrow to refresh accessibility libraries and press enter. Allow it to make the changes and reboot. Good luck, Rod -----Original Message----- From: Talk [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Veronica Smith via Talk Sent: October 24, 2015 1:42 PM To: 'Chris Grabowski' <[email protected]>; 'Window-Eyes Discussion List' <[email protected]> Subject: RE: alt-tab not reading Chris, something interesting to me. I tried to do as you directed and this is what I found. You said press Alt-A, which I did and what I got when I arrowed upward is App central press A or App management, pull down. Nothing else. There is no windoweyes diagnostic, etc. -----Original Message----- From: Talk [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Chris Grabowski via Talk Sent: Friday, October 23, 2015 6:29 AM To: kitty hevener; Window-Eyes Discussion List Subject: RE: alt-tab not reading Hi, Go into the Window-eyes control panel with control-backslash.
