Unless you want to keep logging your laptop around the globe like I do, I'll just buy a 15.6-inch machine which comes with standard keyboard set and no need to have to invoke the FN key in order to get NumPad ke functions.
As I said, I do log around my 15.6-inch laptop when necessary. I don't care about 14-inch or less models.
