Hi Barbara, Yes, you can manually select, copy and paste the content displayed in the read-only edit to another application or use the Save function in the File menu to save the content into a Text file. Please note that you can use standard text selection keyboard commands built into Windows when working with a read-only edit box. For example, Shift-Right Arrow to select forward by character, Shift-Control-Right Arrow to select forward by word, or Control-A to select all. The only time you need to use the Window-Eyes F8 text selection hotkey is when you are in Browse Mode. Marc
