Yes but the point here is he wants smart reading of message boxes and
dialog.  This means that the screen reader read the static text relating to
the edit box or button without reading the whole thing.  This has been
something I have asked for in the past.

Verbosity, Common, Activated.
Tab down to Read entire dialogs and set it to no.
