Hi Listers,
The last couple of times when I have purchased an item on Ebay, the
message received acknowledging the transaction has been blank. This is
not a WE problem because there is just no text for WE to read.
The subject line gives most of the info but not all. i.e. No seller's
name, email address or postage costs etc. The message notifying that
the item has been posted is also blank. The subject line justs informs
that it has been posted. Fortunately the message from PayPal can still
be read.
Anyone else experiencing this situation?
I sent an email, using an address I have had for some time, to EBay
customers help complaining about this problem but just received an
automatic response in reply informing me to login and leave a message.
Unfortunately, EBay seems to be becomeing less and less speech friendly
as time passes.
